When we order delivery from around New Westminster and I want a good Caesar salad I usually order from Golphis or Venus Place. Skye, my wife, doesn't enjoy the Golphis menu too much although I quite enjoy their pizzas, so we usually get Venus. Their small salad I find is better due to it being in a styrofoam bowl and more drenched in dressing.

I prefer creamy dressings but not strong vinegar ones. As maybe seen below, I like bite in a dressing but not a sour/bitter one.

I've never been to the Outback Steakhouse. I'd have to go south of the border for that but this recipe was the last dressing I made for a dinner party and it was delicious. Furthurmore, I followed the tip
of adding horseradish (something I don't generally enjoy) and it added the perfect bite to the dressing.
